1.You can just where a pad and if you want a tampon too (I wear a pad only)
2.Act normal just make sure you always change your pad every 3-4 hours , oh and change it before you go to bed and when you wake up
3.You just need a pad and a tampon (the tampon is optional i just wear a pad)
4.your period for the first time it will occur randomly then it will come again after 28 days after it's finished and so on.... ETC : 1/1 finished 5/1 then it will appear again after 28 days
5.Some people feel a pain in stomach , but others doesn't feel something, some feel that they are soaking (Like me)

Some extra notes : brown blood may appear at the start or at the end of the period (I got it at the end and at the start) if it appeared after a few days of your period then the period will end in 1-3 days
You need to wash the place your period appeared in everytime you change your pad
and just to let you know that it soaks blood more why sleeping than while you're awake
You may feel uncomfortable at your first period (Just like me!) and after you get your first period your body completely changes now if you eat so much you will get fats not like before having your period
