How to download PNGs:
Here are a few places where you can download PNGs...
1.DeviantART
I love DeviantART, you can even search for PNG Packs, it has a lot of cool PNGs.
2.Google Images
Just search 'Any name PNG' For example 'Demi Lovato PNG' anything....it's also good.
How to create PNGs:
For this one, you'll need Photoshop, when you open it, choose the image you want to remove it's background, choose the clipping tool (it's a circular one, on the far top of the toolbox) when you open it, make sure the picture you opened is a layer, then choose all the background and click delete, if you want a better tutorial you can google it or comment and I'll help you.
